Overview
This is a pre-reveal, undercover AU where Felix is Gabriel's son and Chat Noir.In their university years, both Marinette and Felix are still working to take down Hawk Moth. They both find separate evidence linking Gabriel's fashion company to Hawk Moth's operation and decide to secretly go undercover in his company. Marinette lands a Production Assistant job while Felix asks his father for a position. Suspicious of Felix's newfound interest in his company, Gabriel decides to hire a documentary crew as a way to keep his son in check. This is the story as told through the documentary crew's lens.

CHARACTERS
Marinette Dupain-Cheng
Marinette is one of the main characters of the series. She is a headstrong woman who isn't afraid to speak out for justice. As a teenager, Marinette found herself to be the holder of the Ladybug Miraculous - magical earrings that transform her into Paris' hero and savior, Ladybug. With Hawk Moth still at large as she enters her third year of university, Marinette's finding it much harder to keep up her Ladybug duties.
Felix Agreste
Felix is the other main character of the series who attended school with Marinette. Being brought up in high society and losing his mother at a young age has made Felix into an emotionally distant and closed off man. But ever since finding the Cat Miraculous ring he's able to let loose as Ladybug's partner, Cat Noir. In search of Hawk Moth's identity, Felix finds himself managing a branch of his father's company - the very man he's after.
Claude LeMuet
As the office clown, Claude takes on each day with wide eyes and a ridiculous smile. Claude was the first employee hired for the marketing department. No one really knows what he does, but he does his best to keep the office lively.
Alan Thénardier
Alan is a chill guy who has a lot of pride in his job. Since Alan is busy managing Gabriel's fashion shows, he's not in the office very often. Outside of work, Alan spends a lot of his free time with Claude.
Allegra Baudelaire
Allegra takes her job very seriously, which is why she finds it so frustrating that she is somehow still an intern after three years. As someone who is quick to judge and look down on others, she has a hard time asserting herself when it really matters. Allegra's competitive nature has made making friends difficult for her over the years.
Gabriel Agreste
The man himself - if he ever leaves his house that is. Gabriel is the owner of Gabriel Brand and is seen as one of the greats in the fashion industry. He secretly terrorizes Paris as Hawk Moth in hopes of capturing the Ladybug and Cat Miraculous to save his comatose wife. After years of getting nowhere, Gabriel has become desperate and is willing to try anything.
Nathalie Sancoeur
Nathalie is Gabriel's Executive Assistant and the only other person who knows he is Hawk Moth. Her feelings for Gabriel led her down the path of helping him at any cost, but lately things have been changing. Nathalie knows deep down that Gabriel will never choose her, and his increasing desperation has made her take a step back. She's just ... so tired.

+ No, my Felix is based off of a mix of the PV and Quantic Kids versions of Miraculous. He has kind of become his own entity since he doesn't exactly fit these characterizations of Felix either, but he's not based off of Félix Graham de Vanily at all.Why is it Marinette and not Bridgette?
+ "Bridgette" is the fan name given to Marinette to distinguish her from the PV version and canon. So, technically Marinette has always been Marinette. BUT! I do prefer an enemies-to-friends-to-lovers kind of relationship, which is why I chose to use canon Marinette instead of a lovesick "Bridgette."Wait...WHERE'S ADRIEN??!
+ Unfortunately, Adrien does not exist in this AU. Since this is following early Miraculous concepts, Felix originally was Gabriel's son, so he's taking Adrien's place in canon.Why did you choose Felix over Adrien?
+ Besides the fact that this follows the original Miraculous concepts mixed with current canon, the answer is deeply rooted. It starts with the fact that I've been a fan of Felix ever since I saw the PV when it first came out in 2012 (I can prove it, I made FANART!). I had been looking forward to the show in its 2D anime version for a while, but became disappointed when the current 3D version aired. I decided to embrace it, and for better or worse I've watched up to the beginning of season 4 (I have given up and won't continue it anymore). When the "Felix" episode was announced, I was super excited to see the character who was replaced by Adrien again, but was then incredibly disappointed with their choices for canon. This led me to discovering the Felinette ship, specifically with Felix from the PV and NOT canon. I was instantly drawn to it and the rest is history.Who the heck are Claude, Allegra, and Alan?
+ These three were characters from the Quantic Kids concepts. As far as I know, these characters were only given superhero names and these civilian names came from the fandom. I chose to use these characters since I wanted to give my own interpretations of their personalities. Plus, using a bunch of characters from canon feels awkward since in this AU they all still went to school together, so it would be weird if they all ended up at the same company.Will there be other canon characters?
+ Yes! You can see them in Arc 5.How long does it take to create?
+ Months. I cut up each arc into parts that I try to finish and post once a week to Patreon, but sometimes it takes longer depending on the length and complexity. As I am a one-woman team working on audio editing, backgrounds, animation, coloring, and compositing (not to mention voicing Allegra), it takes a long time.How much do you have planned?
+ I have all of the main story beats planned out, including the ending. There will be a total of 10 arcs!What program(s) do you use?

+ ABSOLUTELY NOT. Aside from spending most of my time on this project, I need funds to keep it going. If others took my work and reposted it to their own pages, it would take exposure and funds away from me, making it more difficult to create. It's incredibly disrespectful and infringes on my rights, so don't do it. Please don't confuse "reposting" with "retweeting" or "reblogging" - reposting means to download or record my video and upload it as your own post somewhere else.
